Iskandar has been a trainer in the IT industry since 1993 but became fully active in training since 2000. He had obtained a LCCI Diploma in data processing in 1998 and graduated in Bachelor in Human Resource Development in 2005. Since then has been doing various training for corporate and individuals needs. He is also a certified A+ instructor ,MOUS PowerPoint 2000 expert user and full ICDL certified. His areas of expertise includes Office packages and automations, Web design and Internet, computer maintenance and graphics applications.

He was also known in delivering English conversation skills training and MUET preparatory exam workshops for various participants level.He took an English teaching workshop from Kuala Lumpur in 2008 focusing in approaches in teaching Grammar and writing skills. Iskandar is known to be able to conduct training session in tactful, orderly and concise manner that is easily understood by all participants.
